Jack Smith began his professional chef career in 2004. His path includes Michelin-starred restaurant training, fine-dining leadership, large-scale events, private dining and senior culinary responsibility in London.

Jack’s professional journey started with a scholarship route into kitchens and two formative years in a Michelin-starred restaurant. From there, he progressed through fine dining and senior kitchen leadership before moving into Executive Chef responsibility.
That foundation now supports private dining, events, menu work and business-facing culinary consultancy.
