JACK
SMITH
Two decades behind the pass.
Jack began his professional chef career in 2004 after winning a scholarship route into the industry. Two formative years in a Michelin-starred kitchen shaped the standards, discipline and technique that still underpin his work today.
He progressed through fine dining before moving into senior kitchen leadership and Executive Chef responsibility in London.
His current position at Quaglino's sits alongside private dining, events and selective consultancy work, giving his online presence a clear foundation in live service rather than purely promotional positioning.

Produce first.
Technique with purpose.
Ingredients
Modern British ingredients and a seasonal approach provide the starting point.
Technique
European technique supports flavour, structure and presentation rather than becoming the point of the plate.
Leadership
Senior kitchen leadership means standards, team development, organisation and calm service.
Guest experience
The food exists in the context of the room, the occasion and the guest.
A chef whose authority
still comes from the kitchen.
Jack’s online presence should show more than portraits. It should show the working environment, the standards and the pace that shape his decision-making.

A career built through
service and responsibility.
Executive
Head ChefQuaglino's · London
Jack’s current role reflects senior responsibility across kitchen standards, team leadership and the demands of a major London dining room.
His existing biography also references Channel 4 coverage, which supports the wider authority positioning of this site.
